[Qt-interest] way to stop QToolbars overlapping?

Hi

I have a QMainWindow with a number of tool bars. Qt makes it very easy (too 
easy!) for users to move toolbars so that they overlap and hide items. Many 
programs don't even allow overlapping toolbars. Does anyone know a way to 
stop Qt from letting the user overlap toolbars? or to change the snap limit 
to make it much harder to overlap them?
