I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Your message does show up in the
archives:
http://lists.trolltech.com/pipermail/qt-interest/2010-November/029480.html

There is no separate procedure needed to get your message to appear there:
all messages send to the list are included. A thread only comes into
existance if other people respond to your message. It seems that has not
happened.
