Means I must ensure /usr/local/Trolltech/Qt-4.7.1 exist? because qsqlmysql.so need it?

No. Refer to

Also 'ldd' is your friend in figuring out the dependencies (also those of plugins!). Make sure all these dependencies are proplery located in any LD_LIBRARY_PATH or runtime path of the executable!
