[Qt-interest] How is the best way to learn C++ and Qt?

While others advise you to first learn C++, then progress to Qt, I'd
recommend buying this book: "An Introduction to Design Patterns in C++
with Qt 4" by Alan Ezust. It teaches C++ and design patterns and Qt 4
(4.1 IIRC). All at once. And very well. It used to be available on
line for free at InformIT but it seems it has been since removed.
