[Qt-interest] drag and drop convention

i have read upon a thread that says that since qt 4.4 the convertion for drag 
drop in qabstractitemviews was changed.  Before drag meant MOVE whereas CTRL-
drag meant copy, after it was the other way around.

I notice that this convention - which i prefer actually - is NOT followed by 
the qdesiger where selecting a widget without ctrl COPIES the widget and 
normal drag MOVES the widget

Why was this convention changed and why is it not followed by qdesigner and is 
that perhaps a bug ?
