[Qt-interest] Can I enable a user to drag and place a, for example, QPushButton on a form?

They should all compile and work as described in the documentation. If they 
do not, then there might be something wrong with your source installation.

Run the Qt demo laucher. You have a section there about Drag & Drop: these 
are precompiled examples and most are also documented. They should all work.
