[Qt-interest] Add custom action in Application Menu Qt/Mac

Hi,

I am building a Qt Application on Mac. I want to add a custom Action say "Click Me"  to application menu(First Menu that contains About, Quit, Preferences, etc.) in Menu Bar. How can I do it via Qt?
