[Qt-interest] Qt open source and VS 2008... how to make

[It's very difficult to answer... I have digest mode on, and the
system doesn't send me individual emails to my personal posts... ]
I'm new to the overall system (Qt+qmake+VS) so I didn't consider the
extra steps (moc, ui, etc.). I will study it a bit more, but I think I
will consider Cmake, as it lets you create a VS solution wich will
manage these steps automatically [1].
