[Qt-interest] Building Qt Statically on Windows Seven

Sure you can...  I've rebuilt Qt statically a couple of times on Win7 64-bit using MinGW/GCC (32-bit).   Works fine...  won't be able to address more then 4GB, but then most apps don't need to...
