For unit-testing http://doc.trolltech.com/4.7-snapshot/qtestlib-manual.html is pretty convenient. Especially I like its simplicity (basically every "private slot" is considered a test-case) and its data-driven http://doc.trolltech.com/4.7-snapshot/qtestlib-tutorial2.html testing.

I don't know about its "report" capabilities (last time I checked I just got output on "stdout"), e.g. "nice rendering" of the test results into XML or HTML, for display on a "contiuous integration test server", such as "Hudson" (or any other unit-testing framework) does: http://hudson-ci.org/
