[Qt-interest] print preview example

I've done printing before (without preview), and I think its nothing more than directing your print code from a printer paint device to a QPicture or similar for display, noting that the print code needs to take into account various paper sizes. you'll have to scale appropriately because print DPI is far higher than screen DPI.

I found the Qt spreadsheet example but print preview just shows a page with a square in the upper left corner.
