[Qt-interest] Replacing "up and down" buttons at the bottom of each scrollbar with MS windows style downbutton for QPlastiqueStyle derived style

Hello,

I'd like to have my QPlastiqueStyle derived style not have the "up and
down" buttons at the bottom of each scrollbar, that is characteristic
of QPlastiqueStyle/ KDE. Rather, I'd just like a down button at the
bottom, in the style of MS windows, while preserving all other
elements of the style.

Is that possible?
