[Qt-interest] Are there any disadvantages with OT

First off, don't attach all the crap to your email request. Save that for your friends.

Second, the answer is a resounding yes! There are some serious problems with QT.

First, the framework lacks a time travel class. If it had one of those, I would go back and invest in Apple and Microsoft. The money would help me get chicks.

Second, when I write code using QT, I am perceived as a programming deity. Unfortunately this leads to people thinking I can walk on water and heal the sick. So, I think that Nokia should add an omnipotence class. I would find that very handy.

And last, I would like a girlfriend class. It would be nice to instantiate her as needed. Keep it simple. i don't need a giveGift slot or anything like that. Actually, you could probably accomplish everything i need with three slots and one signal. :-)

Other than that, QT is fun to work with. It is every bit as fast to develop UIs as it is in c#. it executes MUCH faster that IL (.Net) and it IS cross platform.
