[Qt-interest] Disabling dotted line around the selected item in Item view/widgets

That dotted line tells you (and all the other users) where the focus is. Not 
important when using pointer only for the control. But vital when using the 
keyboard. And more then vital when using keyboard only!

The only reason I could think about for disabling this is when you don't want 
that widget to be used with a keyboard. Which is pretty crazy unless you are 
on a mobile device only...
