I think what Andre meant was why are you asking about this on a Qt list.
I think most people would consider "a doc file" to mean a microsoft word
document file in which you should use Google and find the relevant code
snipets. If what you meant was inserting a picture into a rich text view
then the documentation is your friend. As a hint try
