[Qt-interest] QSettings default scope on Mac

Never mind.

It has to do with fallbackenabled() being true and the way settings
scopes work on Mac.  Seems like this should be documented as a
platform difference in the section on platform notes.  Maybe mention
this in the QSettings docs too?
