[Qt-interest] Building PostgreSQL in Qt static build

Hi,

I've downloaded the source for postgresql 8.4.2 and I want to build a 
static implementation of Qt, but icl fails saying it can't find 
libqp-fe.h but I included -I postgresql-8.4.2\src as a configure option.

Can anyone help me with this please.
