[Qt-interest] Disable application icon in title bar of a secondary window

Hi.

My application consists of a main window (extending QMainWindow) with a push button. Pressing the button opens a secondary window (it also extends QMainWindow). The title bar of the secondary window must have:
- minimize button
- maximize button
- close button
but must not have the application icon. It must be both movable and resizable. 

How can i get this?
