[Qt-interest] Release build fails

Greetings,

I just moved some code which was last compiled under Qt 4.5 to 4.6.
This is on Windows using the LGPL SDK (using the built-in mingw).  The
debug build is fine, but when I try to run the release build, it fails
with the following message:

"The procedure entry point _Z17qt_message_output9QtMsgTypePKc could
not be located in the dynamic link library QtCore4.dll"

Somebody asked last March about this on the list, but didn't seem to
get a satisfactory response.  Can anybody suggest a solution for this
problem?
