[Qt-interest] Debugging QList & QVector in Visual Studio shows crap when list element is bigger than a pointer

Hi Everybody, 

I complained about this problem a year ago and was kindly sent the attached information by Joerg Bornemann.  

I have recently upgraded to VS 2008 and 4.6.0 with VS add-in 1.1.2.  I was surprised that the debug info was not working again.  Obviously the fix did not make it into the main branch.  

I have applied the same fix to VS 2008, and it seems to work OK.  

Others using VS may wish to apply the fix as well.  Now we just need all of the classes using d-pointers to be defined as well....
