[Qt-interest] Qt 4.6.1 configures infinitely on Windows

I have simultaneous builds of 4.6.1 currently underway (32- and 64-bit)
under Vista 64-bit on an i7 machine.  Doesn't appear to be giving me any
issues so far.  Certainly well past the configuration stage.
