Hi Richard,

As the original filer of that bug, I can tell you that Peter already fixed
the bug and has included the Git commit hash (I do wish the Commit hashes on
JIRA would link to Gitorous though as I also struggled to find it)...   The
direct link is here:

After applying that I was able to configure on 4.6.0.
