[Qt-interest] qt 4.6.1 intergration problem with vs2005

Hi all,
I have problem while integrating qt 4.6.1 with vs2005. I have installed vs2005 and qt 4.6.1. but when i am trying  

cd /D C:\Qt\4.6.1
 configure

int is giving .qt-license is not valid as error message where as i have installed with same license key
I am able to qt integration menu using Qt Visual Studio Add-in 1.0. 
but not able to build application.
please help me.
