[Qt-interest] Displaying pop-up windows in full screen mode in linux

Hi,

I am working on QT UI on Ubuntu Linux.
The main window is in fullscreen mode.
Whenever any message box or pop up comes the top and bottom bars(taskbar) of
the OS becomes visible.
This is annoying for the user.
Is there any way to prevent it ? or any other method to display pop-ups in
full screen mode ?
