[Qt-interest] OCI driver can not be loaded

I'm having the same issue. I've followed
http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.6/sql-driver.html#qoci-for-the-oracle-call-interface-oci

and copied the library in qt/plugins/sqldriver

but no luck
