[Qt-interest] Wacom tablet events coming in continuously on Windows

I'm trying to work around a weird problem caused by a recent Wacom 
driver update. Tablet events are coming in continuously under Windows. I 
have to do a certain amount of processing for each tablet event, but 
there are thousands and thousands of events coming in, even when the 
stylus only moves a few pixels.

Currently I'm ignoring events that are doubling up on the same window 
coordinate, but that doesn't help.

Anyone seen anything like this? The Qt tablet example doesn't seem to do 
anything specific to work around this issue.
