[Qt-interest] how do I make a widget always show using item delegate ?

Hi everyone ,now I want to add a widget to a qtreeview's item using delegate ,but I can't make the widget always show ,just when i want to edit the item ,the item will show .maybe this is the function of delegate .so how do I make the widget always show ,just as I have add a widget to the item by using delegate ?
please help me .
