[Qt-interest] QMap nd Python

Are there any examples, or does anyone know how to put a QMap into a dict, and 
vice versa?

I know about PySide, and PyQt, but I was hoping there was a way to do it quick 
and dirty, all in Python and Qt. I only need to serialize one dict both ways.
