Yes of course there is the risk of someone suing anyone for anything, but
I do not see how this would play out in the court.

If it were me as the application developer and Nokia as the copyright holder
and licensor I do not see how a third party could enforce their
interpretation of LGPL on me. Regardless of how anyone interprets LGPL it is
up to the copyright holder to allow or disallow the user of the copyrighted
code. If I violate a license it is not up to the third party to enforce
it, they can go and tell the copyright holder but if they decide not to
act on the complaint, that should be the end of that story.

So I do not think that a third party would have a leg to stand upon.
