Sorry I didn't get it!
When I use SQLite all needed files for deploying database application is 
qsqlite.dll plugin (in case of using Windows) where I must build MySQL 
plugin manually (just once) before deploying the application. so do I 
need to build ps plugin just like mysql plugin or it will be just like 
sqlite plugin?

PS
I stopped building Qt because of this issue.
