Sounds little strange,
Can you keep your main window in normal (not maximize state) and see does
the mouse disappears from Qt Main window or does it goes away from the whole
screen??

Does you application still responds through shortcut keys??

You know what best way to look into is to have some code which reproduce the
problem, Is this possible to share some code?
