[Qt-interest] Who know Qt 4.7 exact release date?

In all past 4.x beta and RC versions, there was a file
"LICENSE.PREVIEW.COMMERCIAL" included with the commercial packages (with
a section "No Distribution").

This file is not present in 4.7 beta1 package, which contains the
standard license.

Does that mean it is now possible to use the 4.7 beta/RC binaries in
commercial projects?
