[Qt-interest] Help manual generation similar to QT-Assistant

Dear Friends
I want to develop a help manual for my application, and similar to exactly
how the QT-Assistant is there. Only thing I'll change the contents, logo,
pictures, links etc.....Can anyone give me some idea how can I go about it.
Can I  modify qt-assistant where can I open it for changing the contents of
this. Thanks in advance.
