I once was told [1] to use git and Qt’s documentation format. But I 
agree a nicer user interface would be great. I remember of someone 
developing a wiki based on a version control system (I guess it was 
git). Maybe this would be appropriate. I’ll have to google it. ;)

But I think an ‘ordinary’ wiki would be a good thing to start with.

By the way: I would be interested in translating Qt Documentation to German.
