Yeah, they don't really advertise it. You basically have to make an 
account on https://customer.kdab.net/. Then you can get access to the 
downloads. They advertise it as evaluation versions, but the licence 
states that it's GPL.

Not sure. I hoped that it was better in terms of documentation, but I 
have been disapointed there so far.
