[Qt-interest] QT configure script -- asking for licensing information?

This is not documented, but implemented both in the unix shell script and
configure.exe - so IMHO, stable enough to be used.

Look at the sources, there are a few switches that are not documented by
seem to be used by Nokia's guys. Seems like they will be kept "forever".
