[Qt-interest] Where can I download QTMibilityAPI library and toinclude the library in QT creater IDE ?

I used Google. but the New QT APIs I could download as a zip archive.
But, is this is the library to get sms , location info ?
How to use this API library in QT. I know there is extended telephony 
library or telephony library available , But so far I am not successfull in 
downloadiying.
