Phonon upstream is developed jointly (or is supposed to).

The problem is that the upstream uses hand-made headers, whereas in Qt we have
a script to regenerate them, called syncqt.

And the problem we noticed was that there were conflicts with header names,
especially when it came to Mac OS X frameworks. So I went ahead and made the
headers work on Qt platforms and notified upstream of the change.
