[Qt-interest] How to restore original state of QSortFilterProxyModel?

After sorting a model with a QSortFilterProxyModel by clicking on various
column headers, how can I restore the model back to its original ordering
(that is, proxyRow == sourceRow) ?
I thought that QSortFilterProxyModel::invalidate() was intended to do this,
but that doesn't seem to be the case.
