[Qt-interest] loading ui files in visual studio

The trolls had declared VS Integration as obsolete, so no one should
wait for any updates....
I'm also not so happy with this, but there is no chance...
You can still use VS Integration, when you do not need the signals or
Widgets of 4.5 and newer versions.
I used it till 4.3 and switched then completely to VS Addin. But it hurts !
And you never should mix Integration with VS Addin !
