[Qt-interest] Qt::WindowStaysOnTopHint help needed

Hi all,
X11 only questions, let's assume that we are using kwin as our wm .

Qt::WindowStaysOnTopHint means stay on top of all windows - ok - if I start
another app such widget will cover that app.

QtTool - on top of it's parent window - ok - if I open another non-modal
window from my app such window will disappear, but as soon as I activate
parent window of QtTool or itself it'll come to front.

My question would be:
Is there any way to implement StaysOnTop but always and only for our
application windows so (let's call it StaysOnApplicationTop) :

1.If I open another application such window will not cover newly opened app.
2.As soon as I activate my app (any window except modal windows of course),
such window will be on top of it.
3.If I open some new non-modal win from my app, again our
StaysOnApplicationTop is on top of such window.

Anyone can help ? ideas ?
