[Qt-interest] Is there a Qt application for viewing archived email messages in MBOX format?

Hi,
I don't know much about recent versions of QTopia (does it even exist under
that name anymore? Last time I worked with it, it was Qt 2.x based...), but
couldn't you look at the KDE libs? If you want to keep to GPL anyway, it's
open source nature should not be a problem. Akonadi contains a lot of nice
stuff for mail handling, but it may be a huge overkill for what you want.
Still, it may be interesting to have a peek.
André

It looks like most of what I need is contained in Qtopia's messaging
API. However, I am developing this as a desktop application.
Before I start digging deeper into Qtopia, can anyone offer a little
guidance for using just the non-GUI parts of Qtopia's QMail... classes
together with regular desktop Qt libraries? Is it doable? What's the
best way, perhaps as a plug-in? I would like to keep in conformance with
the LGPL license and support all three platforms (Linux/Windows/Mac) if
possible.
Thank you for any help.
