[Qt-interest] Visual Studio Add-In Reconfigure Mocing

I recently upgrade from using Visual Studio Add-in version 1.0.1 with
1.1.4.  I Noticed that the mocing rules better now, specifically that they
stored the moced files using $(ConfigurationName). However this only is
applied to newly added files. Is there a way to get the Qt Add-in to update
the moc rules for all header files?

Also I get an error message when I try to add $(PlatformName) to the mo
directory. Is there a reason only $(ConfigurationName) is supported?
