[Qt-interest] License Protection on Application

Hi,

i do have a little question about the protection on an opensource 
application. I do have worked about 2 Years on my application, and so i 
am a little afraid that someone can take the Code cut the author and the 
GNU-License information and say: "It's my!".
Ok, ok so important isn't my application but i would be informed about.
So please, can tell me someone about, or where i can be informed.
