For 4.6.2, Cocoa is best because of a bug in the Carbon code that breaks
font rendering. There was a thread here about this a while ago.
Other than the font issue, I've seen absolutely no difference between
Cocoa and Carbon. (I'm using a 32-bit Cocoa build of 4.6.2). They both
have the exact same bugs ;)
