Because the Maemo 5 port of Qt is developed in a separate repository and
released separately to the regular Qt packages:

When Qt 4.7 for Maemo 5 is released, there will be updated documentation on
the main site for it, but it will continue to have a separate location, just
like the Qt 4.6 for Maemo 5 documentation:

  http://doc.qt.nokia.com/qt-maemo-4.6/
