[Qt-interest] model view programming guide

Any good write-ups/books on QTs model-view programming?

I've gone through the QT doc on the same and I'm also referring to a
book "Foundations of Qt Development By Johan Thelin" (available on
google books). This book is nice in that it explains the model-view
concepts, especially making your own custom views, with some concrete
examples.

I'm looking at implementing my own custom views, but it's not clear to
me as what the implementations of the various abstract functions, in
QAbstractItemView, should do?
