Gabriele
I explained this to you on the first reply I ever sent you, when complaining
about your signature: you don't get to sent re-ask the same question within 48
hours.
If no one has replied to your email, it's one of:
1) no one has had the chance to reply yet
2) no one knows the answer
3) no one understood your problem
For #1, 48 hours is far too short. Minimum time is a week, so that people who
receive digests and reply during weekends (or weekdays) has the time to catch
up.
For #2 and #3, the answer is the same: you need to do more research and post
more information to the mailing list. If people didn't understand the
question, posting more information will maybe help understand what you wanted
to do. If it was a matter of no one knowing the answer to the issue, posting
more info may help in answering portions of the issue.
In any of the cases, you don't get to post "is it possible" after 48 hours.
You need to post more information, including what you have tried so far, what
didn't work, any eventual error messages, etc.
I find your signature quite offensive, saying that we must reply within 48 hours
or acknowledge the issue. This mailing list is a free service, and the people
answering here are volunteers.
Please change your signature.
PS: in this particular case, it's #3.
