Sorry for the slow response... but I figured that this was also probably
worth mentioning on the list again for people to see in general :)

The issue tracker is at http://trolltech.com/bugreport-form, and that's
the place to request enhancements as well as file bugs.

As far as submitting changes go, take a look at
http://qt.gitorious.org/qt, particularly at the "Wiki" link along the
right-hand side.
