[Qt-interest] Check for database support in qmake?

Hi,
is there a way to check in qmake if qt is configured to use a certain database?
Regardless whether the database is statically compiled in or available as
plugin I'd like to stop qmake and provide the user with an error message,
when a necessary db driver is not available.

Furthermore, is there a general way to check for certain modules? Not all distributions seem to install the whole qt by default. So if for instance the svg lib is not installed but needed, can I stop the process and tell the user to install the necessary packets?
